1Platform Overview & Eligibility

Welcome to EKAFAST, operated by EKAFAST Technologies Pvt Ltd. EKAFAST is an on-demand technology intermediary platform connecting registered customers, independent merchant stores (restaurants, grocery stores, sweet shops, bakeries, pharmacies), and certified delivery riders exclusively operating in Wazirabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

By accessing or using our website, mobile progressive web application, or wrapped Android application (.aab), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

EKAFAST operates primarily on a verified Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model.

• Customers agree to pay the total order amount in cash directly to the assigned delivery rider upon package handover.
• Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on distance from the merchant store to your specified delivery location in Wazirabad.
• Intentional non-payment upon arrival or refusal to accept a verified order without valid reason may result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

36-Digit Secure Delivery Code (OTP)

For every customer order, EKAFAST generates a unique 6-digit delivery confirmation code.

• You must inspect the outer packaging of your order prior to sharing your 6-digit code with the rider.
• Providing your confirmation code to the delivery rider legally confirms that you have received your package and completed payment.
• Never share your delivery confirmation code via phone call or SMS before the rider is physically present at your doorstep.

4Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel an order free of charge strictly while its status is "Pending". Once the merchant partner marks the order as "Preparing", cancellation is locked to prevent food preparation wastage. If an incorrect item is received, customers must contact the EKAFAST support team immediately with their order reference number.

5User Conduct & Safety

All customers, merchants, and riders are expected to interact respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, dangerous behavior, or fraudulent abuse of coupons and promotions will lead to immediate legal action and termination of platform access.
